  • Date Format: DD/MM/YYYY (Indonesian format) or YYYY-MM-DD
  • Kode Kegiatan: Format seperti 5.01.01.01 (sesuai anggaran)
  • Auto-calculated: Realisasi = Jumlah Barang × Harga Satuan
  • Optional: Kondisi, Keterangan
